The newest structure on the Fairgrounds offers the
most flexibility. With 20,000 sq. ft. of clear span space, it’s
ideal for small conventions, trade or consumer shows, exhibitions,
and large meetings. Or anything else you can fathom!
Overhead doors and high ceilings combine to make set
up a snap. Generous electrical power and the availability of phone
lines help you fulfill exhibitor requirements. The building has ample
rest rooms, a developing kitchen area and was designed and built to be
user friendly.
Constructed for the 1998 Alaska Gold Rush Expo, Raven Hall opens into
Pioneer Plaza, the heart of the Fairgrounds. Ample parking is
available in the rear of the building. In it’s first year of operation
the Hall hosted graduations, consumer shows, religious assemblies and
co-op meetings. Renters consistently praised the staff for exceeding
their expectations and quality of the building. Let us show you how
this flexible building can make your next event a success.
