Various buildings on
the Fairgrounds are used for storage from the beginning of October
thru the end of April. The buildings are not heated and are as the
following:

Conditions of Storage
Application

$50 deposit is
required to be placed on the waiting list.

Mail your deposit
along with a daytime phone number, address, type of item to be
stored, make, model, license plate number
and it’s overall length (including trailer hitch).
Your deposit will be refunded in October if we are unable to offer
space.
When confirmed
-
Storage is from
the beginning of October thru the end of April.

Vehicles, campers,
boats and trailers are not easily accessible while in storage, you
must make sure they are winterized and all valuables are removed.

If you absolutely
must get into our storage buildings, an access fee of $50 will
apply.

You must furnish
your own insurance.

At pick-up time
(end of April) a $50 non-refundable deposit will reserve space for
the following year. This amount will be deducted from your total
cost.

Alaska State Fair
will notify you by mail of the storage and pick-up dates. The Fair
hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday – Friday.
The Fair is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

When leaving your
vehicle, you will be required to leave your keys at the front
office. We will need your ignition key, door key, and a battery
compartment key. If you disconnect your battery, you must leave a
diagram of the location including any disconnected switches.
