2010 Alaska State Fair AT&T Borealis Concert Series
Howie Mandel
September 4, 2010 @ 7pm

Whether on stage, on TV, in the movies or in his new book, Howie Mandel keeps audiences roaring with laughter. Hailed by fans as “one of the best comics of all time,” this versatile comedian entertains and engages with his hilarious impersonations, off-the-cuff antics, and funny, down-to-earth observations.

During his 30+-year career, Mandel has become a mainstay of the American comedy scene. Perhaps most recognized as the host of NBC’s “Deal or No Deal,” Mandel is also famous for his stand-up comedy, his work on the Emmy Award-winning NBC drama “St. Elsewhere,” and his Emmy-nominated animated children’s series “Bobby’s World.”

He’s also been a staple of comedy specials and talk shows, including “The Jay Leno Show,” “The Tonight Show” and his own “The Howie Mandel Show” and “Howie Do It.” Mandel is also the newest judge on NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.”

Mandel also recently authored a new book, his memoir titled “Here’s the Deal: Don’t Touch Me.” Mandel, who lives with his wife and three children in Los Angeles, performs up to 200 concerts a year throughout the U.S. and Canada.
