Sheldon Events Center offers 8,000 sq. ft. of clear span floor space that can be transferred into a Mexican Cantina for a chili cook-off or a headquarters for a national R.V. caravan. The building is ideal for multiple events, which require close proximity. During the Fair it has held a life-sized inflatable Blue Whale, a science experiment station, an arctic ecology exhibit and an amusement park science exhibit concurrently.
Flexibility is the key at the Events Center. Its compact size is perfect for small trade shows, clinics and assemblies of 300 people. With the back doors open, you can create an adjacent area great for outdoors bar-b-ques or horseshoes. It's a great site for family reunions, teen dances or theme parties. Let your imagination run wild. Available during the summer months only. Building has restroom facilities.
