Poster & Logo Artwork Theme – “Enjoy the Ride”

I am a multimedia designer specializing in Art Direction and Brand Identity under my brand Palo Haus. After years in the advertising industry in Hong Kong, I made the leap to the tranquil beauty of Girdwood, seeking a fresh perspective for my artistic pursuits. Designing the 2023 Girdwood Forest Fair was a significant milestone, setting my sights on creating art for The Alaska State Fair—a dream I’ve now realized.

This year’s artwork was inspired by the essence of Alaska State Fair’s vibrant culture and rich agricultural heritage. Fitting with the theme of ‘Enjoy the Ride,’ the animals are on their own fun journey before their big show at the fair. It’s a celebration of community, creativity, and adventure, where we all come together to indulge in delicious fair foods, admire prized livestock and produce, and enjoy the wide array of entertainment and exhibits.
