Wiz Khalifa
Multi-platinum selling artist Wiz Khalifa is a Grammy and Golden Globe-nominated rapper, singer and songwriter known for his chart-topping hits and genre-defining sound.
Wiz burst onto the mainstream scene with his 2011 debut studio album Rolling Papers, which included the smash singles “Black and Yellow,” “Roll Up” and “No Sleep.” The album earned him “Best New Artist” at the 2011 BET Awards and “Top New Artist” at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. “Black and Yellow” also brought in his first two Grammy nominations.
He followed with O.N.I.F.C. in 2012, featuring hits like “Work Hard, Play Hard” and “Remember You” with The Weeknd, and then Blacc Hollywood in 2014, which debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and included the anthem “We Dem Boyz.”
In 2015, his track “See You Again” from the Furious 7 soundtrack became a global hit, reaching #1 in 95 countries and earning a Golden Globe nomination for Best Original Song.
Wiz continued to expand his catalog with the release of Khalifa in 2016, and a collaborative project with Juicy J and TM88, TGOD Mafia Presents: Rude Awakening. His latest album, Kush + Orange Juice 2, dropped in April 2025.
Additional music projects include The Saga of Wiz Khalifa, the collaborative album Full Court Press (with Girl Talk, Big K.R.I.T., and Smoke DZA), his solo release Multiverse, and several mixtapes including Star Power, See Ya, Khali Sober and Decisions. He also released singles like “Don’t Text Don’t Call,” “Peace and Love,” “You” (featuring Ty Dolla $ign) and “Hype Me Up.”
Outside of music, Wiz launched the mobile game Wiz Khalifa’s Weed Farm, partnered with Sovereign Brands to release McQueen and the Violet Fog gin (named “Best Gin” by The New York Times), starred in the Apple Music docuseries Wiz Khalifa: Behind the Cam, and was a series regular on FOX’s animated show Duncanville.

Arrive early to make it through the security scan into the Borealis Theatre, please read our bag policy here. Concert ticket prices do not include Fair admission. Convenience fees apply. Babes-in-arms (2 & under) are admitted for free to the concert; children aged 3 and up must have a concert ticket. There are no refunds or exchange on concert tickets. During the Fair, concert tickets may also be purchased on the fairgrounds at the Borealis Box Office, across from the Borealis Theatre. The ConocoPhillips Borealis Theatre is an open-air theatre; shows take place rain or shine. Both entrance gates open approximately one hour prior to the show. Personal chairs, professional grade cameras, cameras with detachable lenses and recording devices are strictly prohibited. There are 2 entry gates to the theatre; a “wet” gate directly into the alcohol consumption areas and a “dry” gate accessible by all ages. If you enter through the “dry” gate, you may cross into the “wet” area once you’re inside the theatre. To access any area with alcohol consumption, including entering through the “wet” gate, you must be 21 or over and present a valid photo ID, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present a valid photo ID.

There are “wet” (alcohol consumption permitted) and “dry” (no alcohol) areas. To enter the “wet” area, you must be aged 21 or older and present a valid photo ID, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and present a valid photo ID. Wheelchair accessible seating areas are available in both the reserved and lawn areas. Some concerts have chairs in the reserved area. There are no chairs in the lawn area. Limited bleacher seating is available on the “wet” side of the lawn area. Please check each concert page for more information.
