Alaska State Fair Ambassador Program

The Alaska State Fair is launching a new Ambassador Program to acknowledge and involve Fair supporters and enthusiasts. All Alaska residents are invited to apply. The selected ambassadors will be honored at the 2024 Fair Director’s Reception and have the opportunity to represent the Fair and volunteer at various Fair events. In addition, winners will receive Fair admission, parking, cash prizes, Fair swag, and more! Interested Ambassadors should apply by July 1st at 4:30 PM. Participants will be notified on July 5th if they have been selected to come in for an interview on Monday, July 22. Selected ambassadors will be notified by July 26th.
The Fair will select a total of four ambassadors, including:
- Teen Ambassador: male or female, age 15 – 20
- Teen Ambassador: male or female, age 15 – 20
- Cultural Ambassador: male or female, age 18+
- Alaska State Fair Ambassador: male, age 21+
- Alaska State Fair Ambassador: female, age 21+
