YUNG GRAVY

As his name suggests, rapper Yung Gravy serves up his own special recipe of originality and positivity that’s made a one-of-a-kind impact on the genre.

Showcasing effortless flows and quotable lyrics, Gravy flexes his passion for soul music and oldies, sampling a range of musical styles dating from the 1940s to the present day. Nostalgic melodies paired with heavy trap drums form the usual canvas for his signature baritone voice.

In six years, Gravy has transformed from Soundcloud stalwart to Platinum powerhouse. Since his first song upload in 2016, he’s cooked up two Platinum singles, “Mr. Clean” and “1 Thot 2 Thot Red Thot Blue Thot,” and five Gold singles, including “oops!!!,” “Magic” and “Whip A Tesla.”

Gravy stirred up his tastiest sauce yet on his 2022 third full-length album, Marvelous, featuring the chart-topping, Gold-certified single, “Betty (Get Money).”

In addition to 10 sold-out tours of North America, Europe and Australia, the “yung” rapper has collaborated with his musical heroes, including Lil Wayne, Chief Keef, Juicy J, T-Pain and the late Young Dolph.

With his song “Gravy Train,” Gravy became the locker room victory anthem for the Tampa Bay Lightning. He has also starred in a worldwide campaign with Martha Stewart, and performed for the VMAs and Jimmy Kimmel Live.
